Look past the star rating
Do not focus only on five-star ratings. Look for customers describing texture, comfort, hydration, whether patches slide, how skin feels afterwards, packaging quality and repeat purchases.
What to be wary of
Verified-purchase reviews are particularly useful. Be wary of pages filled with vague comments such as “Amazing!” without any detail.
