Our products
Iris & Rose products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Results vary from person to person. Always read the full ingredient list before use and perform a patch test if you have sensitive skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payments are handled securely through Shopify checkout.
Delivery
We ship from Copenhagen. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Cancellations and returns
Your rights to cancel and return are described in our returns and cancellation policy.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Iris & Rose name, imagery and text, belongs to Iris & Rose and may not be used without our written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
