Returns & Cancellation
We want you to love your ritual. If something is not right, here is how cancellations, returns and refunds work.

Cancelling before dispatch
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Your right to cancel
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. For hygiene reasons, this applies to items that are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
How to return
Email hello@irisandrosebeauty.com with your order number to start a return, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase price and standard outbound delivery cost to your original payment method within 14 days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
